Any entity outside of government would be conducting a criminal investigation into the Solyndra scandal in which 535 million taxpayer dollars were funneled. On the surface it appears the only reason Solyndra received the funds were because their "green" facade fit the Obama Administration's Going Green Agenda and it provided an excellent photo-op for the president.

I was able to click a layer on and off with the click of the mouse button. With each click a portion of the text on the certificate would disappear and reappear. I noticed that three layers were concentrated on dates, two of Aug 4, 1961 and the third is the stamped date at the bottom - April 25, 2011. Clicking one layer removed all the ‘added’ text leaving an almost blank form with the green background and minor bits of text throughout the document.

What this really means of course is that President Obama after stating on many occasions he would not raise taxes on those who made less than 200k, he has to find someone else to place the blame when he raises taxes. The commission will arrive at a preconceived resolution that a tax hike is the only thing that will work. Obama will fade the heat when he reluctantly announces the tax hike was not his idea.

Our society is no different, we can not sustain a colony where only half the workers work and the other half are allowed to free-load off the others, and it is unsustainable no matter how well it is for the freeloaders. We have allowed our queen to become lazy and look the other way while half our work force lay around getting fat off the hive without contributing one ounce of pollen. Our current welfare entitlements are simply unsustainable, we have to put a stop to it or our hive will die out as well.

Not surprising, the fact that Justice Stevens announced his retirement at this time, it gives Obama and a liberal controlled congress plenty of time to seat his replacement which could hit a roadblock if Stevens’ announcement came later in the year, after the November elections and confirmation could not occur prior to seating a new congress next year.

Democrats and main stream media – fanned the fire of racism, many eagerly jumped into the fray without exploring the facts, or the lack thereof. Those pesky facts tend to get in the way of what could be a really big story, they could hinder the feeding frenzy of bashing those awful hate mongering racist conservatives. Fast forward to the year 2010, and we now have an American president and leaders of congress who do not believe in the Constitution as it was written by our founding fathers. Instead they proclaim and interpret the Constitution to be a living document (although on life-support), to be twisted and shaped as they see fit, not the sacred document the founders penned so long ago.
